Official Title: AN ACT RELATING TO EXECUTIVE REORGANIZATION; REPEALING CERTAIN BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, COMMITTEES, COUNCILS AND SIMILAR ENTITIES; LIMITING OR REASSIGNING POWERS AND DUTIES; CHANGING THE MEMBERSHIP OF CERTAIN BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, COMMITTEES, COUNCILS AND SIMILAR ENTITIES; MAKING CONFORMING AMENDMENTS; TRANSFERRING FUNCTIONS, MONEY, PROPERTY, CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND STATUTORY REFERENCES; AMENDING, REPEALING AND ENACTING SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978.
