Official Title: AN ACT RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION; AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAW THAT EXPAND ELIGIBILITY OR ALLOW INCREASED BENEFITS; PROVIDING THAT EXTENDED BENEFITS SHALL BE PAID ONLY IF FULLY REIMBURSED FROM FEDERAL SOURCES; ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY SCHEDULE FOR CONTRIBUTIONS.
