Official Title: To amend provisions of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated relating to fees; to change the amount of the fees; to provide for new fees; to provide for promulgation of rules and regulations regarding fees; to change fees and certain other provisions regarding special license plates; to provide for the retention of certain fees by state agencies or other entities; to change fees and certain other provisions regarding bona fide coin operated amusement machines; to correct cross-references in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
