State Funding
The National Child Care Association supports funding of services for children that do not duplicate current services and programs. We feel that this funding should be available to all providers of early childhood care and education, and should accurately and adequately reflect the true cost of care and education. The NCCA believes the cost of these services should be assessed annually, with information made publically available. This information should serve as a basis for increases to program payments to support quality improvements and the rise in costs to provide said services.
