Regulatory Issues
The National Child Care Association supports regulation of the early childhood care and education for the safeguard of health and safety and the promotion of quality for young children. We believe regulations should be uniformly applied across the delivery system, and consider both the ability and cost of implementation. In addition, providers of services should always be included when these regulations are either developed or amended.
